What was the highlight of KMA NAYPYITAW Hotel
A relaxing stay in a laid-back setting.
Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was quiet which was quite a blessing during the mid-year Jade Emporium when Nay Pyi Taw's hotels are packed with boisterous jade merchants. There is an attractive lake in the middle of the complex, and the hotel is stuffed with beautiful wooden sculptures, the most impressive of which is the huge snarling lion in the restaurant.
The bar is well-stocked and there is a cocktail menu, but the staff did not know how to mix any of the cocktails. Perhaps the management should invest in some training for the bar staff.

The property and rooms are shabby, everything cheap (Chinese style). Smoking allowed in every premises and bad odor persistent.

Bungalow hotel with nice garden and lake
Nice garden with a lot of greenery and lake with nice views from the room balcony. Bungalows distributed over the compound give a nice walk to the breakfast area and lobby. Friendly and flexible staff that tried their best and service was good. Short walk to a shopping mall.
Difficulties with the lock to the room.

The room I checked in was ,dirty,,,feels like itchy from the bed sheets,
Washroom needs better attention
Probably okay for LOCALS,,,
They used Air freshener the time I checked in,,,however after hours smell undesirable..assuming from dirty carpets
